Do you provide bedding and towels?

Yes we do. Just tell us how many guests are staying and we will ensure the property is set up accordingly.

What are the check-in and check-out times at Handsomesuites?

Check-in at Your apartment is from 15:00, and check-out is until 10:00.

Do we offer long term stays?

Of course, many of our guests stay for months at a time. If your stay is longer 30 days please email us at hello@handsomesuites.com

What happens if we arrive late?

Dont worry! We will have a 100% automated self check in service for convenience. So you can check in and out in your own time.

Is there WiFi included?

Yes, all our properties have high speed internet.

Where is the closest station?

West Ham Station is a 10min walk away which has DLR and train links into Central London and is one stop to Stratford

Or If you fancy taking in different views, Star Lane Station is a 10min walk away and Canning Town Station is a 14-minute walk.

Is smoking allowed?

We have a strict no-smoking or pets policy in the property, however, please feel free to use the outside areas and the ashtray provided.

Is there parking on premises?

Parking restrictions are between 10:00-14:00 (Mon-Fri). Paid parking is available in between these times. Please contact us for stays over 4 days to organise a permit.
